I have been practicing meditation for over 10 years & teaching meditation, different stages of consciousness & trance states for over four years.
An experienced N.F.N.L.P. Hypnotherapist & N.L.P. Practitioner. Specializing in Past Life Regression & Spiritual Regression. I have been taught different forms of meditation through training in the famous school of mediumship, 'Arthur Finlay College'. I am an Advanced Pranic Healer, Spiritual Trance Healer & I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master & Teacher.
The meditation classes & workshops will be limited to 8 people in a class only so that I can concentrate on you as individuals to give you the undivided attention that you deserve.

From August 2009 I will be practicing meditation classes on a weekly basis & a workshop once a month. Workshops will provide a more intense practice of meditation/stages of consciousness/trance states & relaxation techniques with a booklet for you to take away.
